*By creating a Fable III character using the Fable III Villager Maker Tool, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use and display the character strictly for non-commercial and personal use. You receive no other rights to create or distribute derivative works of Fable III. In addition, you recognize all of our right, title and interest in Fable III as well as all derivative works based on Fable III, and you agree not to take any action that might harm or adversely affect our rights or goodwill in Fable III. To the extent you submit any materials in connection with your use of the Tool, you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license in all media (now known or later developed) to use these materials for any purpose including the right to incorporate these materials in whole or in part in the Fable III game and in any future Microsoft product or service.
You agree that you will only use, post and circulate the character in a manner that complies with the Code of Conduct. We may revoke your right to use and display the character at any time and for any reason.
